Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics
A research scientist position is available at the new Cognitive
Systems Laboratory at the Max Planck Institute for Biological
Cybernetics in Tübingen, Germany. The position requires a strong
background in mathematical modelling for computer vision or computer
graphics. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience
with the synthesis of faces and/or gestures. Experience with face
recognition systems would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and interdisciplinary
group of scientists performing cutting-edge research on human vision,
computer vision, and Human-Computer Interaction.

The position is initially funded for 3 years at the BAT IIa/Ib level
by a grant from the European Union. The starting date is negotiable.
