Dear member of our Neuro-Informatics contacts,

This is to inform you that we have opened until the end of March an Informal
electronic consultation and call for expression of interest before launching
a Thematic Network on NeuroInformatics. The plan is to start the network
towards mid 2002 for a 4 years duration.
