NEUROMOTOR CONTROL RESEARCH POSITIONS
The Harrington Department of Bioengineering and the Arizona Bio Design
Institute at Arizona State University partnered with Banner Health
Systems are establishing a new research focus area in neuromotor
therapy. Professor Ranu Jung will direct laboratories offering
opportunities to work with animal models of neurotrauma, engineering
design, and computational modeling. Full time positions are available.
Continuation of these positions is contingent upon funding.

Assistant/Associate Research Professional: MS in Life Science,
Bioengineering or a related field required. Bioengineering,
neuroscience or related training, ability to perform lab management
tasks, coordinate multiple studies, demonstrate good writing and
communication skills, PhD is desired.

Assistant/Associate Research Technologist: BS in Life Science,
Bioengineering or a related field required. Experience with vertebrate
animal care, surgical and routine laboratory procedures, histology and
neurochemistry procedures, MS desired.
Post-doctoral Research Associates (2): PhD in Life Science,
Bioengineering or related field required. Bioengineering, neuroscience
or related training with interests/experience in any of the following:
neuromotor control, mathematical modeling, electrical stimulation,
neurochemistry, electrophysiology, kinematics, control systems,
experimental skills with vertebrate in-vivo/chronic spinal injury
animals models desired
