Hello comp-neuro people!

I am a computer scientist working at Cornell Medical College on a project
called RTLab. We are developing software for data acquisition and
experiment interface in Linux and RTLinux.

Linux is an up-and-coming open-source Unix-like operating system. Started
in 1991, Linux today is one of the most advanced and robust unix operating
systems available for the Intel x86 family of CPU architectures.

At any rate, if you own a data acquisition board for your PC and are
interested in using Linux for data acquisition, you can grab a copy of
RTLab's bootable CD. This is a stand-alone ready-to-run software package
that boots a complete running Realtime Linux system from a CD. RTLab's
software is already installed and ready-to-run.

Please visit http://www.rtlab.org if interested.

Cheers!

-Calin
