A postdoctoral research fellow position is available immediately to work in
the laboratory of Dr. Steven Bressler ( http://www.ccs.fau.edu/~bressler/)
as part of a consortium of Cognitive Neuroscience/Computational Science
laboratories which study the dynamical systems of large-scale brain networks
with EEG, MEG and fMRI. We are seeking an individual to adapt/refine and
apply cutting-edge tools to analyses of high density EEG, MEG and fMRI data
ranging from brain source imaging to functional connectivity and other
modeling methods. The cognitive neuroscience aspect of the research
emphasizes attention and working memory. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in
computational or cognitive neuroscience (or in an area that provides similar
background) with substantial mathematical/computational experience
(especially in time series, dynamical systems analyses, neurophysiological
signal processing, multivariate or Bayesian statistical analyses). Fellows
will have the opportunity for a multidisciplinary training experience
through interactions with all laboratories.
