Post-doctoral Fellows or Research Associates in Neuroengineering

Neuroengineering laboratory in Biomedical Engineering Department is seeking
applications for post-doctoral fellows or research associates in the
Neuroengineering field. We are interested in technically strong and
creative candidates who are interested in a research/academic careers in
Neuroengineering. The candidates will be given considerable creative
freedom to develop collaborative and interdisciplinary research projects
within our laboratory as well as with other laboratories and collaborators
at Johns Hopkins and elsewhere. Competitive salary will be offered. We
have two openings for candidates with:

- experience and interest in neural recording of single and multiunit
population, neural electrodes and sensor design, neurological signal
processing, and brain-computer interface, and neurophysiology of brain
injury and recovery.
- experience and training in micro and nanotechnologies with an interest in
doing research in neurosciences, developing neural interface at molecular
and cellular levels, neural cell and tissue engineering, genetic
modification of neural networks, and stem cells in neural regeneration.
