Most 680x0 Mac programs run fine on the PowerMac in emulation mode. As
most of the software providers are also actively trying to port their
software to the PowerMac, an interim solution might be to buy one of
the packages you mentioned (after getting assurances on PowerMac
compatibility of course) and wait for the free/cheap upgrade to the
PowerPC version when it becomes available.
