DIVISION OF NEUROSCIENCE
THE JOHN CURTIN SCHOOL OF MEDICAL RESEARCH

The Division is seeking an outstanding integrative neuroscientist who may be
using whole systems, cellular or molecular approaches to understand neural
systems. Applicants who can utilise imaginative approaches and modern
technology in their research will be sought. The main requirements are that
the applicant has an outstanding track record of research in integrative
neuroscience, and that the applicant has the potential to form collaborative
links with other neuroscientists in the Division and the University. A list
of neuroscientists at the Australian National University and their research
fields is available to potential applicants.

Appointment:
Renewable Fixed Term appointment will be to a renewable fixed term
position, up to five years initially. Extension for further terms of five
years will be subject to review not less than 18 months before the end of
the initial terms.
Continuing Fellow/Senior Fellow: five years initially with a possibility
of extension, after review, to retiring age. Professor E(1) and E(2) to
retiring age.

Salary:
Fellow: $51,692-$59,605 per annum
Senior Fellow: $62,242-$68,571 per annum
Professor E(1): $80,176 per annum
Professor E(2): $85,134 per annum
