You may be interrested in a Computational Neuroscience website.

In general, Computational Neuroscience on the Web
(http://home.earthlink.net/~perlewitz/)
provides an annotated index for computational neurobiology, focusing on
compartmental modeling and realistic simulations of biological neural
systems. One can also locate related software for computational morphology,
time series data and spike train analysis, and web based neuroinformatics.
There are links to major centers, laboratories, researchers, conferences,
education, and funding sources for those interrested in how nervous systems
compute.

Although currently having an American bent, this site may be useful to those
searching for European contacts; 20% of about 100 researcher's homepages, and
30% of nearly 300 email links are from outside the USA.

The email page now includes all first authors of presentations at CNS*98.
