Re: Cross-correlations DO NOT imply synchrony

The interpretation and limitations of cross-correlations is an important
topic for many of us. I'd like to point those interested to a review and
in depth analysis of the topic in the dissertation of Mark Sydorenko
(Johns Hopkins, 1992) entitled "Analysis of functional connectivity in the
cat dorsal cochlear nucleus".
