[Comp-neuro] Announcement of an attractive grant for a computational neuroscience research group in Germany

Dear computational neuroscientists,

for the 3rd time, the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research 
(BMBF) announced a call for 'Independent Junior Research Groups in 
Computational Neuroscience'. The call is posted under:

In short, the grant allows the successful applicant to establish his/her 
own research group at a German University or Research Institution. The 
grant contains finances for the applicant's own position, further 
scientific and technical personnell, investments and running expenses 
for up to 5 years, with a total amount of up to 1,25 M€. Applicants must 
hold a PhD.
Deadline for the first project sketch is June 2nd, 2008.
