CNS 2026 will be held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, from Saturday, July 11 to Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the Halifax Convention Centre. The meeting opens with tutorials on July 11, followed by plenary talks, oral sessions, and poster presentations from Sunday through Tuesday, and concludes with workshops on Tuesday afternoon and all day Wednesday. A conference dinner and networking events will be part of the program to bring the community together

Venue & Facilities
All sessions will take place at the Halifax Convention Centre, a modern venue in downtown Halifax with flexible meeting spaces designed for plenary talks, posters, and workshops.

Call for Tutorials & Workshops
- Tutorials take place on the first day (July 11) and include introductory and specialized sessions for researchers entering new areas of computational neuroscience.
- Workshop proposals are accepted and scheduled during the latter part of the meeting (July 14–15).
